We know shipping is important to you. It is important to us, too. We listened to your concerns about shipping costs. After working closely with our distribution partners, we are proud to offer the following:

Weight-based Rates USA/Domestic

We now offer weight-based domestic shipping charges. We know shipping costs can seem expensive, especially because many people have become used to the ‘free’ or ‘flat-rate’ shipping offered by Amazon and other large companies. However, actual shipping costs have risen substantially in the last two years, and every business has to decide how to cover the increase.

Our options are to charge shipping costs based on the weight of each order (like the package carriers do), or we can raise our prices across the board, as many large companies do. We feel the honest approach is to charge shipping proportional to the weight of the order and keep our product prices down. Here are our domestic shipping charges:

• <1lb     $6.95
• 1-2lb    $10.95
• 2-3lb    $12.95
• 3-4lb    $13.65
• 4lb and up  $15.95

Orders usually take 2-7 business days to arrive. (Please note that our Starter Kits ship via FedEx from one of our partners in Georgia and ships separately from other items.) If you are interested in seeing what the USPS charges for parcel delivery based on weight/zone you can look HERE. 

Canada/International

We are very happy to be able to offer SIGNIFICANTLY CHEAPER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING via DHL Global Mail Service. Our customers in Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and 36 other countries will be able to order our products and ship at the following rates:

• 0-1lb $12.95
• 1-2lb $19.95
• 2-3lb $26.95
• 3-4lb $33.95
• 4-5lb $40.95 (over 5lb please contact us to arrange shipping)
